At Luxurio, we prioritise your safety. We have 24/7 on-site security and staff, advanced CCTV, and a fob entry system to ensure a secure environment. Our friendly on-site maintenance team is available to address any questions or concerns, ensuring a hassle-free and comfortable stay. Additional amenities include laundry facilities and bicycle storage, all included in your Luxurio student accommodation in Loughborough.

How often are amenities cleaned?

All shared kitchen areas of Townhouse Room, Classic Ensuite, Premium Ensuite, and 3 Bed Duplex Apartment rooms are regularly cleaned to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

How fast is the internet connection?

We offer a 1Gbps internet connection with a wired connection. While actual internet speeds may vary, an estimated speed of 250Mbps is typically maintained, depending on the time of day and the number of users.

For your food shopping and essentials, Tesco Express is just a 2-minute walk from your accommodation. If you prefer a short walk into the town, you will find an abundance of shops including Marks & Spencer’s, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and local greengrocers.

Where can you go shopping near Luxurio?

Luxurio is a 7-minute walk from the city centre where you can find a wide range of popular stores such as Primark, Boots and Home Bargains, in addition to various charity shops where you can shop vintage items to support good causes! For online shopping fans, Luxurio’s staff will collect your parcels on your behalf and store them for you seven days a week!

Where can you eat out near Luxurio?

Loughborough town centre can offer great dining out experiences with authentic British fish and chips shops and a mixture of cafes and different cuisines at restaurants from all over the world, catering to all dietary preferences including Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free and Halal options. The Jam Garden is a very popular student eatery which serves up delicious artisan pizzas and comfort food. Other notable mentions include Caravelli and Fernandez Grillhouse, not too far away from Luxurio and guaranteed to tingle your taste-buds.

Transport from Luxurio to Loughborough train station

Luxurio student accommodation is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk away from Loughborough Train Station. Alternatively, you can opt for a 6-minute bus ride as the bus stop is situated opposite the accommodation, with two bus options available (N.1 and N.8A).

Transport from Luxurio to Loughborough University

Luxurio is only a short 20-minute walk away from Loughborough University, making that morning commute incredibly easy, and for the days where you don’t feel like walking there are a couple of different transport options for you to choose from. You can take the Sprint, N.127 or N.16 – easily getting you to and from class.
